I guess that if you sprayed the Wilton pans and the rolls still stuck to them, perhaps you could try an extra heavy layer of spray on them the next time.

ETA: I made one batch of Oopsies yesterday in which I used 3 oz of cheese, but 4 eggs instead of 3. They came out huge!

I'll try the extra egg... I use the parchment paper on the sheets and I guess I will spray the dickens out of the tins. I am sure to find a ther uses for them. I will most likely make personal layered cakes to sell too. For those wanting a real treat but not a whole cake!
Thanks for the tips

Wilton should give Cleo commission $$$ for all the mini-cake pans they've sold because of her oopsies!

Just made my first batch. As is traditional, they are flat as a pancake. But they don't taste nearly as much like styrofoam as I thought they would.

If you check my gallery I've got a pic of me with my first batch; sounds like we ended up with the same thing.
On the bright side...they made awesome pizza crusts!

OMG! That's hysterical! I haven't tried them yet, but I am a bandwagon type person, so I may just have to go there! LOL! Maybe next time someone will claim they cure cancer... it's about the only thing I haven't seen yet!

Default This may be a dumb question, but...

Is there a place where all the many uses, and variations, of oopsies are posted?

I just briefly looked thru this thread, and I saw mentions of waffles, pancakes, pumpkin, and cinnamon. Ya got me curious....

Ellen

I just discovered that if you 'accidentally' (I'm assuming purposefully would work as well) leave the oopsies out on the stove, open, sitting on their parchment paper overnight - they are far more "bready" in the morning and if they were to be left out by some continued oversight until that evening (a full 24 hours) they are even breadier still. Drier, less eggy.

Unfortunately that was as far as that batch made it before being completely consumed, so... yeah. Leave them out overnight and feel the love.

I put all of mine in one bag and froze them... not a good idea. They turn into one great big giganto-oopsie!

I freeze my buns 2 to a ziplock. Then, when I need buns I pull a bag out at a time. (You can always wash and reuse ziploc bags)...
