That is supposed to be punishment to spread the word of oopsie rolls all the farther. I was kidding. Seriously.

I am not Oprah-worthy unless she does those, "I was a fatass and am now so thin I have to stand up twice to make a shadow" episodes.

I haven't seen any haters here! OK... so one person hasn't become a fan... gotta have one!
My daughter is so in to these! Tomorrow we do the pumpkin in large muffin tins. I will also try one big one in a pie tin with cream cheese topping! Yummy

I don't think there are haters. I know some things get really popular to the point where people are like, "My God! If I have to hear about that again I'm going to gouge my eyes out."

I know some folks don't like the recipe and that's totally ok. Not everyone likes everything. I don't take it personally.

The oopsie rolls have more fat in them so they are more moist and supple and less eggy. I also think they lend themselves to more sweet and savory uses, like cream puffs, meringy-type desserts, breadcrumbs, you name it!

Gonna have to figure out a way to make these into brat buns. Guess I could make in a flat pan and cut into brat/jumbo hot dog sized rectangles.

Made some Chicago style jumbo dogs tonight- thnly sliced up garlic pickles, chopped onions and tomatoes and had relish on the side. Oh yeah, heavy on the chipotle mustard.

Congrats on your whoosh, Cleo, way to go!!!

Why is that Oprah comment not giving me warm fuzzies? (I don't watch Oprah, BTW.)

MNLisa-- that sounds really good. If it's something I can abide by, it's a brat or a Chidog!

You can buy baking tins with 6 rectangular 'holes' which might do the trick!

Sorry Cleo - but I must admit that I am in that category. Except that my eyes are too pretty to gouge out.
