Plan: Atkins
Stats: 319.5/284.5/200 Male 72 inches
BF:
Progress: 29%
Default meat weights

Given an entry like this:
Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops), bone-in, separable lean only, cooked, pan-fried

Are the weights given for the meat before or after cooking?? I'm hoping the latter, since that's when I can measure it most easily...

Yes, when they say cooked, the info presented should be for after cooking. For before cooking, they would usually indicate as "raw".

Thanks-- I guess it was the "fresh" thing that was confusing me. The PLAN Tool is awesome!

I agree....MyPLAN is the best out there. BTW...."fresh" when applied to pork just means "not cured/smoked"...... just the meat straight off the carcass.
