Default Please share your weight loss experiences

My wife and I have been on a mission to get ourselves back into shape and we've found that reading about other people's success really fuels us to work harder. Just to give a brief rundown about myself I'm 31 about 6 feet and 271. 7 or 8 years ago I was in superb shape, I used to lift weights and bike quite a bit. I'm in the process of getting back into an active lifestyle. For the past 2 and half weeks I've worked out everyday and I think its finally working for me, so far this week I've lost about 4 pounds (which may be due to the low carb dieting). I'm hoping to get down to about 190-210 depending on how I look. I'm shooting to make my target weight by perhaps October or November of this year.

Well enough about me, whats your weight loss experience? Whats your overall goals and how close are you to reaching them? What type of dieting and exercising are you doing?

Smile my goals

Long story short:

35yr old guy that's about 15lbs overweight. I'm 215lbs and shooting for 200. I workout 5-6x a week and bike when I can squeeze it in. I've been on atkins for a month and have lost some weight but I think Im gaining some back in muscle. I only care about inches anyhow. I expect to reach my goal weight in the next 60 days (max).
