I saw that and was shocked. What's the cruise line supposed to do though? Pretend there was no bomb threat and continue on like nothing happened? I don't know. I hope the person who did it gets caught and goes to prison.

Poor Jack Kruse. People are so hateful toward him. He gives tons of free help to people struggling with obesity and people snipe at him relentlessly.

Are pork skins/rinds OK to eat?

I found these ones which have 70% protein, 0% carbs and 22,7% fats, from which 7,7% are saturated, 11,4% MUFA and 3,5% PUFA, cholesterol is 102mg per 100grams of product.

I think I can take 45g of this (half the packet which is 90g) and then some eggs and some sardines canned in olive oil. Opinions?

Now that the autumn is here I'm starting with CT as well. I am beginning with "air therapy" then will progressively move to water therapy.
