Still having problems. The pic looks like it's there and the right size but when I enter I get this message:

"There has been an error in the upload. Please ensure that the file has been correctly selected and that the upload has taken place successfully."

Any sugestions?

I remember my first avatar. I just could not for the life of me figure out how to shrink the pic, and wound up emailing it to the webmaster who kindly fixed it for me. So now that I have figured it out, it's my pleasure to be able to help someone else with it.
