OK, ok... I'm back. I'm never leaving the low carb WOL again. after getting down to 160 about 7 years ago.. I let myself get up to 190!! I started a weight loss challenge with some friends at the end of May, and since then - have gone down to 176.2... which puts me a 1.2 lbs over where I was when I started my initial weight loss journey. *sigh*

Anyway, back on here for all the LC support and nonjudgment. See y'll around!
