Give the cereal away to someone or toss it out the door. Remove temptation

Talking my thought...

When I am in one of those 'temptation' modes--- just this one meal I will keep to Atkins plan... by the time I enjoy my alloted wonderfully filling foods, I am usually over the hump, and able to stick with it. It truly does become a way of life!

Great going on your fresh start!

Jan

Good Luck to you!

I know what you mean...as I loved cereal! I have 2 sons and my wife and they all eat cereal! I simply watch and "remember"...ah...the memories! LOL!

Stick to your induction...you can do it!

Best wishes;
Jake

There is a low carb recipe for mac and cheese on the Atkins web site.

As for cereal I occasionaly will have Keto cereals. They are low carb high protien. I find now though that I love eggs so much in the morning the only time I have the cereal is when I really really don't want to cook.

Keep your chin up Dustin. Just start back on it and you will do fine! We are all here for your support.

I know what you mean. I have a weakness for Doritoes and such. I was cooking supper a few moments ago and there is a bag in the pantry. I wanted to open them so badly. However, I knew I better not. Afterall, I am only on day 3.

Anytime you get a craving, hop on the board and let us take care of you with some TLC

One thing that really helps me when I'm thinking I can't do it anymore is to check out the success stories at this web site and other sites, especially the ones with pictures.

Good luck again
