Tea and water retention
Sometimes, when I feel that my face is puffy, I drink some dandelion tea in the evening after dinner/before bed. In the morning the puffy face is gone - does this mean that the dandelion tea has gotten rid of water retention or does it means that it has made me dehydrated, resulting in a defined/not-puffy face?
Because its not like i only experience this more "defined" and less puffy face ONLY after drinking dandelion, sometimes I also just overnight loose the puffiness without drinking tea. I guess it's just because I am so sensitive to retaining water and thus often has a puffy face, that I guess i was doubting whether my puffy face was how i actually I looked and the tea just dehydrating me.
