Default CAD - working for me

Hi Everyone
I have read lots of your posts with interest.
I have been doing CAD for 2 weeks and have lost 6 pounds.
I have not been limiting carbs rigorously in my RM or balancing carefully - for example tonight I had a chicken stir fry and noodles, i then ate a piece of banana bread (home made) and a kit-kat. The noodles and stir fry was not a huge plateful, just a normal size portion.
This is a typical kind of RM. I love sweet things! However, I always finish within 60 mins. I also had a glass of wine.
Suffice it to say I love the plan!
BUT I am quite worried that I'm doing the diet wrong, judging by all your posts I should not be having the carbs I am having. When I read CAD book it implied you could have what you wanted, which was what I really liked about it. I'm scared I'll stop losing.
Is anyone else enjoying themselves in their RM as much as I am?!

Louie, welcome and congratulations on your loss!

I agree with Eno, you are following CAD so allow it to work for you. I follow CALP which focuses on balance.

I hope that you will begin to post with us on a regular basis because the support of others can be very beneficial!

When I was younger the CAD worked fine..now that I'm older it's not working as well. Probably as you get closer to your goal weight you'll be more interested in healthy food. Or not. I have a sweet tooth myself. I'm re starting the CAD this week.
