Post BFL - End of Challenge One

I hope this works:

I am attempting to attach a graph with my BFL results so here goes.

I think it worked. Wanted to attach the graph because it shows my results for each quarter of my first BFL challenge and I also included my stats from just before Christmas. If I didn't see it on paper myself, I would hardly believe it but I have gained weight (I mean muscle ) and yet am slightly smaller than I was at 115 lbs.

Thank goodness I had all those written stats too because I can't really see much of a difference in my before/after photos. Mostly because DH didn't take them from the same distance and I think my changes are so small that they are not so noticable.

Thank goodness (after all) for the pant-o-meter. Wore my tightest jeans all through TOM this month and they feel loose in the hips and upper legs. It really does work. BFL rocks!

I am enjoying my week off--sleeping in, not worrying too much about how often I am eating, taking a few liberties here and there with food but pretty much staying true to LC plan.

However, I am already getting geared up for challenge two. I will start on Monday April 29th and will finish on July 21st. Then I am going to take the rest of the summer off (too busy on holiday and having guests and sleeping in to try and follow a schedule). But I definitely intend to begin yet another challenge come September. Just spent about an hour this evening graphing all my results and printing up my new graph and new workout sheets for Monday.

My only tweaks for the next challenge will be:
  • No cardio on Saturdays
  • Sunday will still be a free food day
  • Cardio days will either be 20 MAS or BD practice
  • Aiming for 6 "meals" a day but if only 5 get eaten then so be it

I will take before and after pics again.

Take care all,
Bobbie

Oops, just in case you are wondering . . . Start date for this challenge one was January 21st and it finished on April 21st (I redid week 11).

That's brilliant. Well done. It seems as if your waist and tummy got bigger before they got smaller so I will have to try not to panic if that happens to me. At least I will be aware of it and that I've got to keep on with the exercise.

Have a well-deserved rest.

WTG Bobbie ! I've been waiting to see your results! Love the change in LBM / Fat; you must be so happy to see results, to be 4 lbs heavier and in the same size I wouldnt be surprized if you saw some loss during your free week or at the beginning of C2 now that you have that extra muscle working for you!

Enjoy the week off and we'll be seeing you in a few days !
Nat

good job on completion. How are you able to attach such large files and a picture that you can see as your avatar? Mine are 100x100 and so small
