AF Wife.... a 4 lb. whoosh is great!!! Happy for you!! When I first started this plan, I wanting to snack.. if you just ignore the urge for a few days the cravings go away.. unfortunately everytime I go off plan I have to start over.. but wait it out and then do ok.

Welcome Paris! I hope CAD works for you...Most of us love it.

Amy.. Since your measurements are the same, you are probably just building more muscle mass which weighs more. I don't blame you for complaining though. Saw your pic in your gallery and you look awesome.
