Thank you lattegrl! I really needed to hear that, I was feeling like a freak and a little attacked by people still losing wondering why I was concerned with calories. Thank you.
Maintenance, just like losing, is an adjustment and takes time. I haven't yet gotten used to eatting and maintaining - those two concepts just haven't melted together yet.
I did try not counting for 16 days... but then i got nervous... I'm trying to stay under 1500 but yesterday I ate 1700. At least, it was lower than 1900. It's a start.
