Well, I just started Atkins yesterday... I was planning last week but it didn't happen.

Anyways, I guess my small victory for yesterday was making the hubbie fried potatoes and not eating a single one of 'em! Yea!!

WalMart sizes their clothes big. At Old Navy I can sqeeze into an 8, and it's a squeeze. At WalMart the size 6s fit perfectly.

At any other store I wear a medium. Today at WalMart I got a size small skirt.

I have lost another pound today. That's 3 pounds in 4 days. I feel great, too. I got TOM on Saturday, that may have affected it, plus I haven't taken antihistamines in the last few days for sleep, only melatonin. So it's a good whoosh. It's hard to believe I'm almost halfway to my goal after 5-1/2 weeks.

I don't think I've seen you before Oraki, though you have obviously been here a while. Hi!

I've successfully resisted not eating at mcdonalds TWICE in the past week when friends have decided to go there

(ok so the first time I pulled the buns off and ate a big mac.. but still, no chips and NO SUNDAES!

I'm also within milimeters of being able to do up my second mini milestone pants! Hopefully next week

Doesn't Hardee's have a low-carb burger wrapped in lettuce? The western counterpart is Carl's Jr. and it's the only decent low-carb burger around.

That's sad. From what I understand, it's a Hardees menu item here. 6 net carbs, wrapped in lettuce.

I Hope its okay I pop in and say that I've rendered myself back to 164 in 2 days. I had a pretty large jump to 168 - between TOM & a slip.. I feel rather proud of myself. =0)

Newbirth Yes Hardees has a low carb burger but after looking it up on their website I realized that it's full of sodium so I decided to skip it. I have had it in the past though and it's pretty tasty!
