Default Another milestone for me

Today I fit into the last of my "skinnier me" clothes. Size 11, not model perfect I know but much better than size 18 was for me. I nearly cried when I did up one skirt I had hardly gotten to wear after I bought it cuz I gained weight so fast. So now the question is - how much more do I really want to lose? Is this my goal weight? Maybe I'll just carry on and see what happens.

Janice, I guess it all depends on where you are. I was excited to go from 3x, size 26 to fit in to a size 18 or even 16.

Congratulations on the size 11. I imagine as you stay on the plan, your body will know if it should lose some more weight.

WOW!!! that is fantastic, Jalera. I bet that felt so good to get that skirt on again!

I see you are 5'4". Hard to say if that is your perfect weight or not. I don't believe in charts on things like that anyway, because we are all so different. I agree with the others to stay on the program and see what happens. I think your body will stop losing if you are at a good weight for you. It is a healing process.

Congratulations again!
Tracy

Thanks everyone. I feel kinda bad "tooting my own horn", but if I don't who will! I fully intent to stick with CAD for life so I'll just go where the trail takes me, I may need a whole new wardrobe someday!

Great job!!!!

Toot away! We don't want to miss any celebrations here.

I bet you look really beautiful. I have things in my closet that I really want to wear again, but then, maybe shopping will have new appeal by then. LOL!

Congratulations...

Deb
