Default I need anti-candida help please

Hi,

I found out in March of this year that I have candida albicans, I had a rapid change of diet, cutting out sugars, yeast, fermented produce etc, and I found a massive improvement in my health within a couple of months. I haven't started taking anti-fungal medicine but I do take advanced vitamin tablets, probiotics and L-glutamine.

However, more recently (as in the last couple of weeks) I have started to feel like I did in Feb/March, including feeling sluggish, weak, brain fog etc, not quite as bad though.

Would anyone know why I would be feeling like this again? Could it be "die-off" symptoms from the diet alone?

Many thanks and absolutely any help would be appreciated.

Claire
