Default kidney function?

Does anyone out there know something about kidney function? I have a slightly higher than normal urea level, which I think is from eating meat. Does anybody out there have a similar problem? Should I be worried? Should I switch some of my protein intake to fat? Here are my blood test results...

I am 34 years old and weigh 84 kg.

Here are my latest lab results (the lab's normal ranges are in ()):

Créatinine 10 mg/l (5 to 11)

Cockroft & Gault glomuler filtration rate: 105 ml/mn
MDRD glomuler filtration rate: 68 ml/mn

Urea 0.54 g/l (0.1 to 0.5)
Sodium 137.3 mEq/l (135 to 148)
Potassium 4.4 mEq/l (3.5 to 5.5)
Chlore 101.1 mEq/l (98 to 107)
Ions bicarbonates 26 mEq/L (22 to 30)
total protein 71.9 g/l (66 to 87)

Thanks for any help. -TFUP

I would ask others but my initial thought is more water and yeah fat is better once you've met your basic protein requirement for the day.
