Green beans always need some kind of jazzing up i find.
My favourite recipe to have for breakfast these days is a low Carb green smoothie. I ♥ it.
Just spinach, avocado, flaxseed,almond milk, ice cubes, & the flavourings.

Something else I've tried recently was a kind of low Carb 'porridge'.
It may not be in keeping strictly with CAD/CALP but it was quick and easy.
2 TBSP. Oat bran and flax meal.
2 TBSP. Hemp seeds -unshelled
1 TSP. peanut butter
1 TSP. Coconut flakes.
1 TSP. Stevia.
(I also sprinkled a few dark chocolate chips into it)
To this i added hot water from the kettle & a splash of almond milk.
I seen that Ronda Rousey lady eats something like this for breakfast along with more carbohydrates.
Feel like i need the strength of Ronda these days.
I admit I've been inclined to skip breakfast (& Lunch) these days and my appetite for healthy meals is not what it should be.
