I am new to the forum, but in LC lifestyle since '98. I have read many of the books, and ended up retaining bits and ideas from each. I strongly believe in natural foods to retain our health, and *luckily* I am a good cook; I also believe that for long term, the social part of food is also important.

So here is what I do, going forward.

Focus on proteins and LC veggies on a daily basis.
Plain yogurt - about 1 cup/day (breakfast or snack) - full fat plan yogurt is delicious. I sweeten with a packet of Truvia, or use it as a dip with veggies.
1 or 2 small squares of dark, 70% chocolate at night
handful of Almonds if hungry.
Cheese - sticks, crumbled blue cheese on salads
Dukan galette - 1 egg, 2 tbs of oat bran, 2 spoons of quark or greek yogurt, pinch of salt or sweetener - mix well, and prepare as you would a pancake. Totally LC, add fibers, and provides excellent support for sandwiches or wraps on the go - one a day.

Week-ends: I add a couple glasses of dry excellent wine per day.

In the past, the problem has been in drifting with the snacks. It is easy to go from one handful to more on a bad day (I eat in stress), in particular if I haven't been loosing. So here I am for that kind of support: I will fall off the wagon, but you ladies will be critical to grab me back on board. In exchange, I will reciprocate and help.

Welcome to the forum! Thanks for a great list. You'll be an asset to the conversation here, I know.

Yes, many of us know the Weight Creep, sneaking in a little here, a little there.

Best wishes.
