I had a "Wilted Salad" ...

Brown & crumble some lean ground meat with a sprinkle of your favourite seasoning (I like Mrs.Dash garlic & herbs).

Meanwhile, mix a bowl of salad greens, cherry tomatoes (cut in half) and thinly sliced onion ... add a generous drizzle of evoo, splash of red wine vinegar, pinch of sea salt and a few grinds from the pepper mill .. toss to distribute the vinaigrette. Top with the hot meat crumbles; toss again to slightly wilt the greens.

Devour


edit to add:
For vegetarians ... you can use hot, seasoned scrambled eggs, or crumbled tofu or tempeh, instead of meat
