Crustless quiche and black coffee. I’ve been making the same quiche recipe for weeks and still haven’t got sick of it. 2 eggs, 3 egg yolks, hwc, Swiss cheese and bacon. SO GOOD
OK, I've been mostly skipping breakfast for weeks. Today I decided to have a veggie omelette with pepper jack cheese topped with 2 tbs of hot Pace Picante Sauce and a side of bacon. YUM!

Three-egg omelette with aged cheddar, chopped broasted chicken, and crumbled bacon. No veggies for breakfast but had a big salad with spinach, peppers and broccoli with a hard-boiled egg for lunch.

2 babyback ribs that we used a sugar free rub we make on, and smoked over apple wood. 1 fresh basil leaf, and 2 oz. whole milk with my coffee (was out of half and half).
4 jumbo eggs over easy & I sopped up the yokes with 5 slices of bacon and a large Jimmy Dean Hot Pork Sausage patty - plus a tall glass of Milo's sugar free sweet tea :burp:
Back to "breakfast sandwiches"...2 fried eggs as "bread" with a sausage pattie and thin slice cheddar in the middle.... piece of an Heirloom tomato, Toasted Coconut Almond Bark green/black tea (I kid you not...found it at Walmart)
