Chicken and Asiago Italian sausages in a ragu of diced smoked tomatoes, red and greed peppers, onion and garlic with just a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. Dessert was pumpkin custard made with organic pumpkin, eggs, whey protein powder, almond flour, cream, and spices, topped with whipped cream with vanilla and just enough Splenda to make it mildly sweet.

After I made it I didn't know what to call it so I called it "What The Hell" it was good but lots of fat - filling.

Yesterday I was thinking what this was like and I figured it out. It's related to Loco Moco - I'm going to have to think of a better way to do it. Fast, East, Filling.

Thank you so much for the condolences Kristine, Robyn, and Zoo Girl. Means a lot

I had something to be thankful for last night! I brought home the sweetest rescue baby plot hound a few days ago
I'm exploding love for this baby who was abused and then abandoned in the streets.

Appetizer was a few crudites and cinnamon apple pumpkin seed sage Goat cheese balls (will become staple in my party rotation!)
turkey and gravy!!!!
Roasted broccoli with garlic, lemon and fresh parmesan
Roasted parsnips and carrots
No sugar added cranberry sauce
Pinot grigio

Dessert- nsa pumpkin pie, Madre from a fresh pumpkin (not a can)! Topped with coconut whip cream.

I'm doing my usual Saturday fast today, but last nite for dinner while my wife at at her friends house I went out to a steak house and had a 14oz prime rib, (medium rare), with horseradish, asparagus spears and a lettuce wedge salad with bacon and ranch YUM!
