Homemade they are very easy to make - big and lacy looking. I stumbled across them in the produce section one day - Fresh Gourmet Brand - small, round and crunchy! I was hooked. Miss crunchy.

tonight: another bacon/egg salad much like the one posted above.

Had left over homegrilled skirt steak with a high fiber, low carb wrap, bit of sour cream, red bell pepper, cheddar cheese. Also salad of romaine, cucumber, 1/2 tiny roma tomato, my usual blue cheese yogurt dressing. Did also have a single serve ice cream. 1 oz. half and half in my coffee.

I cooked a porterhouse for the wife and I. She eats the fillet and I had a little over half of the NY Strip. I cooked up a spaghetti squash in the oven to go with the steak and I had about a cup's worth.

Heh, yesterday was a late eating day. I didn't have anything until late afternoon, so I jokingly call it first dinner. Strip loin in red wine cream sauce with mushrooms and peppers.

Second dinner was while watching baseball late at night. Hubby had smoked sausages on buns, I had mine with a nice salad on the side: lettuce, avocado, home-grown cherry tomatoes, bacon bits, and 3-cheese ranch dressing. Oh, and rum n' diet coke.

DH surprised me - went to get gas and brought home a rotisserie chicken and a Greek salad from the restaurant around the corner.

Kristine I love your avatar changes...wondering what star or model that is?

I tend to eat the same thing several days in a row - Now on Skinny Buffalo Chicken Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing... Chicken chunks w/butter/hot sauce coating, celery, carrots, iceberg and romaine, blue cheese and I have to add Asiago cheese crisps of course.
