This is my first meal of the day, too: crudités (sliced cucumber, radishes, celery stalks) with peanut butter, smoked herring, and a tall cuppa coffee with coconut milk.

left over steak (maybe 4 oz.), 1 left over Italian sausage, broccoli. Not exciting but it meets my needs.

Maybe I will have a few potato chips to liven it up.....just kidding

My mom came to visdit, so girl's lunch out

She wanted an appetizer, so we split burrata and tomato/olive caprese

I had a spicy tuna poke. It has kale and lettuce base, cuke, avo, sesame seeds, soy sauce.... I just left off the sugary ginger dressing in the side (had more than enough going on without more dressing).

Also has a glass of pinot grigio.
