I've been having oat kojack (shirataki) noodles with a chicken/broth/bullion mix and counting it as zero carbs and zero calories.

Today I skipped breakfast 'cept for my coconut oil coffee and had what I've been having as usual for lunch - a bag of my oat konjac noodles in broth - 0 cals, 0 net carbs.

Thanksgiving leftovers
cinnamon apple pumpkin seed sage goat cheese balls
Roasted garlic broccoli with fresh parmesan and lemon
Maybe an epic turkey snack strip (with cranberries, keeping with theme)

Will have some roasted garlic bread beans for a snack

Lately, lunch has actually been "break fast" for me, but not exactly IF because I have a mug of coffee with cream (no sweetener) every morning.

Anyway ...

Today's mid-day meal consisted of sardines (yep, the canned ones), pan-fried in butter with chopped red onion, a side of scrambled eggs plus sliced cucumber and tomato.

little bit of ground beef, half slice bacon, half slice cheddar cheese and some almonds. wasn't quite enough but was cleaning out the leftovers.
