Default Almost wish I had Induction flu

instead of this other mess I got! I mean, I am hungry, but when I try to eat... yuck! Nothing is good. Sure, the junk sounds good...... but I am sure I would HATE it too. Oh well. Makes dropping the pounds a bit easier. at least I don't have the tummy flu.... just sore throat, fever, and body aches.

Recently I have been purééing cooked meat and veggies, adding cream and butter and chicken stock to make soup. When I really don't feel like eating it goes down OK.

I am feeling a bit better today. I thought a lot until I apparently pushed myself too far too fast. *sigh* The fever is gone, it was "just a virus".

Thanks. As a preschool teacher of 6 years I have never in my life taken Airborne. It is on my grocery list through the end of this crazy season.

Hi Sheila....

Just FYI.

I would suggest you take a double or triple dose of vitamin D with your next meal (fat soluble) as that will help out much more.

Airborne's tagline always cracks me up "Invented by a teacher!"
Yeah...that's what I want in my medicine.
