Two BIG for this one! Mine cooked perfectly in about 1 minute, 15 seconds. I drizzled a bit of Smuckers SF chocolate sauce over it, along with a scoop of frozen cream whipped with SF Davinci Vanilla. This was definitely a treat! Great for when those "gotta have chocolate" cravings hit.

Could this recipe be modified to make 6- 8 servings? I'm looking for a good birthday cake recipe that's free of wheat, dairy, and "frankenfoods."

One of my favorite lc recipes. Cudos for coming up with this one. I thought I would have to throw out that five lb back of coconut flower I couldn't find much to make that I found worth consuming. This recipe saved the day.
