OH ok I did my WATP video WALKING AWAY THE POUNDS VIDEO BY LESLIE SANSONE 2 mile video I have three and four miles to work up to but going to try to get in my log at least 5 times a week ON this one till it gets a bit easier. It is good videos for people who dont like to exercise much.A simple 4 moves does the body and heart Great.And for being on my TOM it is great I did it TUNE IN TOMMORROW .

OK i did my 3 mile video LOVE IT wow thats 45 minutes I am working out three times a week bumping up from one mile to two mile now to my three mile I have a 4 mile and need to buy the 5 mile WTG ME
Ok im doing the 4 mile now with the extra exercises at the end Im up to 3 days a week and one hour at a time Im hoping to get up to a hour 5 days a week and weekends off is my goal i just ordered the 5 mile one but I will be a while on the 4 mile until I feel conditioned good am losing inches and clothes size but still at 160 GEESH wanna drop some more still watching carbs have a few bad ones here and there but get up and get right back on the wagon hehehee
