Hi AC,

I'm still at a very low rate reduction, 2-3 a day. Waiting for a wave of enthusiasm to go all the way.

Wa'il

Default well I dunno if this helps or not....

...but I'm celebrating the continuation of The State Of Being ... A Non-Smoker for yet another week.

Some days, when I reflect upon it, I probably could go flying off the wagon and become a Smoker again on about 1 cigarette's notice. This is not to say it would be the same for everyone, mind you... I feel the same way if I get a french fry in my face, or some chocolate (yes, even the "lc" chocolate made with "sugar alcohols"). Something starts gibbering, like it did in the late 70s { ok ok } when I was drinking one heck of a lot of Rusty Nails and started forgetting stuff BIG TIME and getting seriously blue. Way bad. Maybe I'm an addictive sort, after all.

Anyway, take heart my fellow Non-Smokers, it's been 13 months and 7 days and I'm happy to say
I AM Canadian, no, let's try that again.... I AM a Non-Smoker!

Hi Im hanging in there,

Still no real desire to start smoking again still think about how it feels to have one and then tell myself how lucky Iam not to be a smoker, I look at people who are smoking and I feel sorry for them, they are still addicted, and I dont belive that there is any smoker out there who is'nt wishing that they could give up, I had my carbon monoxide levels checked yesterday and it was 0.00 that pleased me, Iam playing at LC at the moment cant get myself into it for more than a day at a time but I havent put any weight on so Im ok with that for the time being. Had to cut my patches in half the last 2 days as Ive been getting heartburn with them. Anyway going for a run now havent been able to do that in a Long Long time.

Yeah those patches are rough going some times. I had the strangest nightmares. I ended up just going with the 7 mil patch, that seemed to cut down the weird sleep patterns

You gals and guys are doing great so far! Keep it up!
