night time thigh cramping
I feel like this is because I'm missing magnesium but I take a One a Day for Women - wouldn't that be enough? I do not add salt to my food. could that be it? It happens at night but like the front of my thighs and even on nights where I have not worked out.
I read on a different website chelated magnesium might help? any ideas? or is it a calcium or potassium thing?
