Resolve is a naturopathic product and you can find more information on it here.
I have no personal experience with it, but at least it seems to be low carb friendly since it is sweetened with Xylitol and Sucralose.
I have to say that I find it a bit odd that what is listed as the main active ingredient, cestemlenol, doesn't come up on a Google search and I would be a little nervous about using a product containing an ingredient that I can find no information on.

What is the active ingredient Cestemenol-350™?
Resolve™ is the brand name for a patent pending lozenge tablet that contains the active ingredient Cestemenol-350™, a proprietary compound derived from natural sources through fermentation extraction of; Passiflora incarnate (passion flower) and Abies balsamea L. (balsam fir). Both plant sources have provided various active compounds for traditional naturopathic therapies, but none with more impact than Cestemenol-350™. This fraction has been shown to help individuals who are addicted to nicotine gradually wean themselves off cigarettes naturally without having to quit "cold turkey", and noticeably without the anxiety associated with nicotine withdrawal. Cestemenol-350™ was clinically tested and validated by a group of scientists that participated in a privately funded and operated research project focused on finding a nicotine-free therapy.

Cestemenol-350™ is an unsaturated heterocyclic gamma pyrone FEMA GRAS USP grade powder, white to off white-cream crystalline solid highly soluble in water. Cestemenol-350™ is supplied for oral administration in one strength; each 1.4gm lozenge tablet contains 150mg of active ingredients and appears white in colour, 5/8'' round biconvex and debossed with "C-350" on one side. The following inactive ingredients combine to make the controlled release matrices and mucoadhesive microspheres: xylitol, sorbitol, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, cellulose, natural peppermint flavour, gum arabic, sucralose.

How does Resolve™ help me to stop smoking?
Resolve™ interferes with your body's ability to properly metabolize nicotine. Over time less and less of the nicotine from cigarettes is used by the body. Eventually any physical benefit from smoking is mostly reduced or eliminated. In essence even though you are smoking, you are actually reducing the amount of nicotine you consume each day. Resolve™ also recommends a gradual reduction in smoking. It is recommended to reduce 4 cigarettes per day per week. This reduction helps to gently reduce the physical and mental withdrawal symptoms of smoking cessation. The chemical addiction to nicotine is largely addressed through the use of Resolve™.

There sure isn't too much info on the web about this staff...

PlayDoh,
Your reply is very informative, have you happen to see reviews about this product outside of the company's website?
If you do find anything, please post a reply, as I'm looking for this info for a friend.
10x.
