Default Back to Fitday...and have you noticed...

Well, I'm back doing Fitday to see where I put on these five pounds again. I'm pretty sure it's a matter of too much ice cream and regular wraps, since that's the only real change in months. Summer! The temptations of summer, maybe.

So my technique in Fitday is to put in all my food first, and then adjust portions, it's faster. Doing it this way though, before I scroll down to make 1 cup of butter into 2 tablespoons, I see truly wacky numbers on the charts!

Sounds like a good plan! The lower my weight has gotten, the more fluctuations I see during the month (cycles). I used to not see any change due to bloating; now I see about 5# the last few months. I just keep telling myself that I know I didn't eat 3500+ extra calories the last few days so it's got to be water or something else. It sure is a mental game sometimes though -- isn't it?

Kudos to you for being on top of it and nipping it in the bud as soon as you see it moving the wrong way. I think that's our fail safe to keep from "suddenly" finding we've gained a lot fo weight.
