Guess you haven't been to Philly in the last 65, because where you have Puerto Ricans (and other Latino groups) you will have Adobo

Here is my twist same recipe as a cheese steak but instead of regular beef you use pastrami Totally not Kosher, but def. delicious.

Oh in the cheese steak joints they use bacon to grease the grill and that gives it that taste you can't get with the basic at home cheese steak recipe . So fry up a slice or two of bacon, add your onions and meat, let the onions become translucent, and then add your cheese.

Default Philly cheesesteak

Buy a package of beefsteak
buy a package of mozzarella cheese

cut the beef steak into strips, cook in some butter until fully cooked!

add the mozzarella at the end! I throw in a table spoon of mayo and mix in with melted cheese and steak! taste so damned tasty!!!

of course season beef!

might have already been made just thought i would share!

I love to make cheese taco shells and eat the cheesesteak in it.
I also like to have it over salad.
YUMM!

yup that stuff is amazing you get 4 of the roundish/ovalish maybe 1/2 inch pieces (that tear up with two spatulas and looks just like what they serve at waffle house if you have had the cheese steak there) little worchestershire (totally spelled wrong?) pepper, garlic .. it's to die for around $6.50/$7 bucks where i live, and that's kind apricy for us but better than $9-10 someone said on here about that other brand.. i can't remember the poundage, we ate our last pack few weeks ago. Gotta get some though.

Im a little confused with the instructions. We are told to cut the steak in strips and shred along as we cook. Later on we are told to flip the steak so it cooks evenly as if the steak is still in tact? Or was it just a reference to turn all the meet upside down since we are not stir frying?
