Was at a (fancy) cafeteria style place and pickings were slim. I went with greens, cuke, tomato and carrot shavings with ranch, and a marinated "chicken salad" in vinaigrette. The vinaigrette turned out to be SUPER sweet, so I had a a side salad and a glass of prosecco

Have been MIA around because I have been sicker than a dog. But it's great news! I started OFF and the hormones are kicking my butt (hormones and type 1 diabetes is a brutal combo).

So over the weekend it was chicken and vegetable soup.
Last two days, I'm feeling much better and had dill cucumber yogurt salad and epic turkey cranberry bars.
