Looking for Schwartzbean/Insulin Resistance Diet Buddy

I'm looking for someone to buddy up with me cuase noone ever looks at my journal

( apart from Rosebud, Thank you rose

). I am doing a mix between the Insulin resistance Diet and the Schwartzbean Principle. I also have PCOS.

I've got IR/PCOS, too, and am also following a Schwarzbein-esque plan (more a mish-mosh really, but not in ketosis).
