Quorn make 10 different sausages according to their web-site
http://www.quorn.co.uk/CMSPage.aspx?ssbid=65&prid=2

They all have different carb counts, all the nutrition info is listed there for each.
You have not included where you are in the world in your profile, so I don't know if the range is the same where you are.

Just checked the website. 2.5g carbs per sausage, 1.7g fibre per sausage. Do i subtract the fibre to get the net carbs??

curlup&die, whether to subtract or not depends on your country's labeling system. I believe in Ireland, the carbs listed per sausage already have the fiber subtracted--but to confirm, do some simple math.

Multiply the carb grams listed by 4. That number = _______
Multiply the protein grams listed by 4. That number = ________
Multiply the fat grams listed by 9. That number = ________

Total those three numbers. Does it equal the total calories listed per serving, +/- 1?

If so, the labelers likely have already subtracted the fiber. If the two numbers are off by roughly the same amount as the number of fiber grams multiplied by four, then they haven't/didn't subtract fiber when listing total calories--and you're free to deduct the listed fiber grams from the listed protein grams for an ECC number (effective carb count.)

Hope this helps.
