Default Great Book - thanks!

Got myself a copy of the Low Carb Gourmet...and I'm so thrilled with it. I can hardly wait to try out some of the wonderful sounding meals in it.

It's given me a way to entertain and still stick to my low-carb eating plan.

I tried the cauliflower mash last night and it was delicious.

Thanks for creating such a wonderful book

Default your book, Karen

Karen, thanks for your book. I just read it cover to cover for the second time. I know I'll make a lot of those recipes. I have the quilting ladies over tomorrow night and I have all plans from your book. If we drank wine, we'd toast you. Hmmm, Atkineers should have a better expression than "toast you."
