Congratulations! Success, IMHO, is really about learning to eat properly and achieving good health, which you have done. I agree with you on the cooking. Once you learn a little, there's no reason for any eating plan to be 'boring'.

I am also attempting to do a very varied version of the SBD. Your story makes me feel a little less doomed about not doing a hardcore version. Thanks for sharing and congrats!
