New to this site and this board.....

I am Jen(30)...married to Steve, and mom to 2 wonderful kids...a daughter Katy(5¾yrs old) and a son Christian(2¾yrs old). We are in London, Ontario.

I started the Atkins plan on Feb 10, 2003(2 days after my birthday). So far so good. I like being on this WOE. My husband has been on Atkins for 4wks and has lost a whopping 30lbs already. I am so proud of him.

HI there, from the East Coast of Vancouver Island. You'll find lots of help and support here,sounds like it's going well for both of you. Does'nt it tick you that the guys lose weight faster

How about starting a journal, its a great way to stay on track and get helpful tips ect, form others.
