I'm embarassed to report Ive gained 3 lbs in 2 weeks....my goal to lose those stupid pounds....its my own fault...any sugar gets me started and stopping is difficult

OK..girls.....my head is clearing from the fog of carb overload...weird thing..Im thinking that the liquid Nyquill..Ive been living on at night for the last buncha nights..may be only making the struggle worse...so last night,I ditched it...and hacked my way thru the night.. didnt get a great night sleep....but was able to sleep some...on some levels I actually feel better..

There is a thread on this in the CAD/CALP area- the liquid stuff is sweet! Even if it does not have sugar, it does something. There are liquid caps that seem to not trigger us. Someone else suggested nasal spray to clear breathing too.
