Noooooo.....you are NOT heading there! Do you exercise? Can you exercise more? I found exercise helped tremendously. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure exercise stimulates metabolism. Do you eat clean low-carb, i.e. getting ALL your carbs from non-starch vegetables and occasional fruit? If you eat dairy and cheese can you stop completely, at least until this gets sorted out? Alcohol is death to metabolism so, again, until this gets sorted out can you stay away from it completely? Some people believe coconut oil stimulates metabolism and I must say that it has helped me break a stall.

There are tons of things you can research and try during this transition period. Please don't put a cigarette in your mouth because you think it will help you lose weight. The world is full of fat smokers.
