Yeah, it increases my photosensitivity as well. I find 5htp to be best. Can't take more than 50 mg though. I take early evening and it's been working wonders. I had forgotten what it felt like to stiffen up at night like a regular person.

The first time I tried 5htp I think the dose was too high. I thought it was giving me vivid nightmares. Then I read that smaller doses can work just as well. Everyone is different.

Yeah, same for me. I tried too high and I took it right at bedtime. I learned to never take more than 50 and I might can go lower, and to also take at least 3 hours before planned bedtime.
