I just thought I would share my recent discovery with you since I presume you are all vegetarians on this thread. In my pre-LC days I used to buy Zoglo vegetarian products (veggie burgers, meatless chicken cutlets, etc) and so I had some in my freezer still. I just realized that they have only about 4 carbs in them and they are delicious. I live in Canada and I don't know if they are available in the US, but if you have them, you should try them out. The meatless "chicken" cutlets tasts like a breaded chicken patty and are especially good fried and then with some tomato sauce and cheese melted on top. At my Loblaws they are located with the packaged lunch meats and hotdogs. Just thought I'd let you know....

Thanks JennLynnRN! Yes! We have Zoglo products in the U.S. I find them at my local Shoprite grocery store. However, I never imagined that any of them would be low carb. Now I'll have to check them out!
