Question

Hi,I'm wondering if the whey protein powder,Proteins+ is acceptable as part of a low carb lifestyle. There is also Transform+(combo of greens, soy and whey protein)but the carb count is 4 grams per serving so maybe it's a no-no.Anyone familiar with these products?

Hi Chewy. It depends. Protein power products are not always 100% protein. In fact, so of them are high carb designed for body builders.

The rule of thumb is to see the nutritional content and see how much carb is there. If it isn't printed on the package, check the 800 number and ask them, or check their web site.

Hope this helps, as I've never seen those brands before.
