Default "I always eat that"

I was putting my food into fitday yesterday, adding things from my "recent foods", and it occurred to me there's at least one thing that I've had every single day that I've tracked my food (that would be cream) and a couple other things that I have almost every day, enough that they're always on my recent foods list (tomatoes, for example).

So I was wondering...is there anything you all eat every single day without fail? Anything you eat practically every day? Does it change whether you're lowcarbing or not? (Mine does and doesn't. I have to have coffee every day of my life and that coffee has to have cream in it. But I've had salads more consistantly on low carb than when not, hence the tomatoes.)

coffee!!!

I have a salad every day. before low carbing, I couldn't tell you when I'd had anything even remotely green last... and now I have a salad every day and broccoli almost every day.

eggs every day. I eat so much better now, low carbing, then I did. and I just love when people tell me how it's unhealthy. lol

Definitely cheese. I'm pretty sure there is some type of cheese on my menu every single day, low-carbing or not. I have had days where I literally have cheese with every meal.

i can't think of one thing that i eat daily. i love variety, sometimes i can't stand the idea of eating the same thing every day... and other days, i need to eat the same things every day to keep myself honest

but if i had to think of one thing i do eat every day. it's MEAT! in one way or another, meat, meat, meat!
