Default potasium, calcium, magnesium

ok, i am going to keep using my trusti multi vitamin. now, can i buy the potasium, calcium and magnesium in seperate pills, or do they come in 1 pill? is there a brand you recomend? and last but not least, how much of this stuff am i supposed to have on a daily question.

ok, last question i promise.... should these supplements be taken at night or in morning?

mcavana, I did a search (using the globe icon at the top of every page on the right) for Potassium and Magnesium and I found this thread . It explains everything you asked about.
