Hello all!

My name is Christine, I'm from Wisconsin, married and have 2 kids, 2 grandkids and a dog.
I have done low carb in 2004 and had success and for some reason quit. I gained all I lost plus some! So now I am here again to do this along with my husband. We started last Sunday, June 10, he has lost about 10lbs so far and I have lost 6lbs.

I am hoping with the both of us eating this way it will help stick with it longer. I know this way of eating works since it has worked in the past.

I am in need of recipes for suppers and what suggestions to pack in my husbands lunches everyday. He is a truck driver and does not have a way to reheat food. So need ideas please.

Have a great day!

Christine

Hi, Christine. Welcome! Congratulations to you and your husband. It's great you are taking up Low Carb again.

I think there are several threads here already, with the food choices you ask about. So, I won't try to "reinvent the wheel".

Here is the recipe section:

I wish you happy Low Carb living.
