Just read the checklist and that is a framework I can use to break these vague goal I have down into concrete steps.

Glad her ideas may have helped. As for concrete steps, the DietDoctor website has a two week challenge to start LCHF. He made the eating plan, shopping list and recipes as easy as possible. The recipes can be adjusted for 1 or 2 but you can also make up say the Tex-mEx casserole on the weekend and eat it a few times during the week.http://www.dietdoctor.com/low-carb/get-started

Make it easy to find a filling LC meal or snack in your fridge, make it hard to find junk food in your house, or hard to swing by a fast food place on the way home. I loved the one...a new car/after detailing...never eat or carry a fast food bag in it. Or Change the route home not to go by a favorite food place.

Also this thread for busy professionals may help you find practical solutions. http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=442080
