Default Greetings

Happy Holidays to you too Karen!
I feel as though I have wasted my day as I sure am 'Wasted". I ate too many carbs and am suffering. It is just like before I started on a low carb diet. I am almost too tired to do anything.
New day tomorrow. I hope every one wasn't as piggish as I was .

Angry Too Many Carbs

Oh NNN, I know of what you speak. I too have been a very bad girl and I feel tired & sluggish.

I have a few more days to get through then it's back on induction ... back to the dreaded treadmill and back to the water tap.

Oh, can anyone tell me if I'm in big trouble? I did NOT do ANY water for ages, simply ages! My urine is extremely strong smelling and the colour is extremely dark. Is this a serious condition? Can I start drinking water now and fix it?

p.s. I'm diabetic and don't want to do serious damage to my kidneys & liver. The water thing has been the hardest for me on this WOL.

ciao & hugs NJ
