Default yummy spinach meal

hi
just wanted to give me favorite little meal and/or snack


sautee 2 cups of baby spinach (1 cup for snack) with 1 tsp olive oil
add red onion
add 1 hard boiled eggs
add 5 strips of cut up pre-cooked bacon
add 3 ounces of cheddar cheese

yummy...yes there's prep but i always have hard boiled eggs at hand as well as bacon, this takes 4 minutes to make if you keep pre-cooked food

I love spinach, the only vegetables that I would never rejected to eat... thanks for sharing, definitely will try this recipe...
